I went to the welding store and I am trying out a new system (a different type of gas) which hopefully will result in smoother welds. Of course all welds will require final sanding by hand anyway, but so far so good!

June 27: Phases 6 & 7
I am about halfway done (14 total phases to the project), but I have to keep working fast. My deadline is July 23, which is the day we leave for San Diego Comic Con.
