N7 Shoulder Plates

The shoulder plates began with PVC pipe (which is a difficult task on its own). They turned out to be too narrow, so we attempted to widen them. My husband constructed the shoulder plates entirely by himself, it was a long process and they went through many iterations. We ended up deciding to complete them with sheet aluminium, which is very difficult to bent and shape. No welding was done with these pieces, the aluminum was cut to the exact size, refined on a belt sander and glued. We think they look pretty hot!
